Your recipient will be able to apply their gift certificate towards any of our 4,600+ experiences.

Should their chosen experience be of less value than their gift certificate, they will have a remaining unredeemed balance which can be applied towards another experience booking. If their chosen experience is of greater value, they will simply need to pay the difference in price.

No, your eGift Card is exclusively valid for redeeming experiences on the Virgin Experience Gifts website. It cannot be utilized on other Virgin websites, including Virgin Voyages, Virgin Atlantic, and Virgin Galactic.

Worried they might not like it?  Don’t be.  We have made our return policy as easy as possible for you and your recipient.  Our Standard Return Policy states that all purchases can be returned within 14 days of purchase, free of charge.

Our Gift Certificates are delivered via email. We can email the certificate directly to your recipient or to you. You will also be able to print the certificate after checkout.  Furthermore, you will be able to select the date which your email certificate is sent to your recipient.

Yes. After you choose a design, you will have the chance to choose an amount. Type your desired eGift Card amount in the "other amount" box.

When Do I Choose A Date?
Either yourself or the lucky recipient can make a booking and select dates once you are in receipt of the voucher. You'll register the voucher, follow the booking instructions and your experience with us begins!

Each experience has its own unique availability. Book a date that works for you, and don’t worry, your eGift Card never expires.

Returns
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be returned hassle-free within 14 days. All refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
Exchanges
Experience Vouchers that have not been redeemed can be exchanged for anything else in our marketplace at any time.  If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs more, you'll simply have to pay the difference. If you choose to exchange for an experience that costs less, you'll have a credit towards your next booking with Virgin Experience Gifts.
